Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Stepdown unit to deliver high-quality post-surgical care and monitor patients closely. You will collaborate with the care team to assess needs, educate patients and families, and facilitate safe discharge planning.

You will administer medications, manage wounds and drains, and monitor vital signs and telemetry as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical education.
