Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated RN to provide complex post-surgical nursing care in a Surgical Stepdown unit. You will monitor vital signs and telemetry, assess patient status, administer prescribed medications, and manage wounds and drains according to clinical standards.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and self-care needs, and support safe discharge planning.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience with post-surgical/stepdown patient monitoring.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment.
• Strong wound/drain care and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to continuous learning.
