Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for Surgical Stepdown to provide complex post-surgical care, closely monitor vital signs and telemetry, and administer medications in a dedicated stepdown unit.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning in a team-based environment.

Provide complex post-surgical nursing care in a stepdown setting. Closely monitor vital signs and telemetry, administer medications, and manage wounds and drains. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on care needs and expectations, and support safe discharge planning.
