Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Must live within assigned region.
• Travel – approx. 25% with driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory base and expand BD product sales.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Develop new prospects and establish new customers.
• Educate physicians, surgeons and OR staff; provide on-site support.
• Plan calls and maintain a daily written plan.
• Coordinate with District Manager on market feedback.
