Job summary

The RN Supervisor for Surgical Services at Trinity Health's MercyOne Genesis facility is a licensed RN who leads and advances patient care across surgical services. You will promote safety, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to professional standards while collaborating with clinicians and leaders in a high-performing environment.

Key duties include guiding nursing practice, development of standards, driving quality and patient-centered care, and participating in change and improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree within five years of hire or transfer.
• Current Iowa RN license (MercyOne Genesis) or Illinois license required at hire.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.
• Collaborative, shared leadership environment experience.
• Honesty, integrity and caring in professional role.
