Job summary

Dignity Health - Yavapai Regional Medical Center (DH-YRMC) in Prescott Valley, AZ, is seeking a Surgical Services RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a dynamic interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while prioritizing patient safety and outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Required ADN, 9 months RN experience, AZ license or compact, and ACLS/BLS; EKG competency within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing licensure and ADN required.
• 9 months RN experience preferred.
• Must have compact or AZ RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• EKG competency within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing patient assessments across physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive domains.
• Develop and implement goal-directed care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing care consistently.
• Prioritize patient care based on needs and resource availability.
• Evaluate care effectiveness with the care team.
