Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital seeks a Surgical Services Clinical Resource (Spine) Coordinator to optimize surgical supply availability and charging. You will collaborate across scheduling, sterile processing, charge specialists, and supply chain to ensure accurate case cards and instrumentation readiness.

The role requires clinical training in surgery, 4+ years in a Surgery department, and proficiency with EPIC and vendor relations. Regular attendance and ongoing education are expected.

Formación

• Graduate of a surgical tech or nursing program; formal clinical training in surgery.
• Four years progressive healthcare experience in a Surgery department with extensive product knowledge.
• Commensurate with clinical training (i.e. CST, RN).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilidades

• Timely procures and allocates resources essential to surgical services.
• Collaborates with Surgical Materials Management on non-stock items and services.
• Resolves invoicing, product handling, documentation, and integrity issues.
• Assists in ordering and stocking specialty supplies under management direction.
• Participates in meetings with surgical staff, materials management, and physicians on utilization and new technologies.
• Identifies opportunities for product, equipment, service, and utilization savings.
• Uses EPIC to monitor disposition of non-stock items by product, physician, and patient.
• Supports process improvement activities and departmental effectiveness.
