Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-op and intraoperative spine surgery cases.
• Manage supplies and coordinate with materials management and CPD.
• Standardize preference cards and instrument sets; ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Spine Service leadership and OR management to optimize throughput and quality of care.
• Supervise daily activities of the spine service in the OR and train new staff.
