Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• CNOR certification within 6 months of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 6 months.
• State RN license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess OR resources (personnel, equipment, rooms) to set up surgical procedures.
• Expedite surgery schedule for elective and non-elective procedures.
• Maintain staff scheduling and staffing levels to meet productivity goals.
• Assist in annual site capital and operating budgets using data and productivity metrics.
• Serve as a clinical resource for patients, families, departments and medical staff.
