Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years in surgical services with leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing patterns and patient flow in perioperative areas 24/7.
• Manage daily operations, payroll review, and labor distribution.
• Lead process improvements in Surgical Services and endoscopy.
