Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL, seeks a Surgical Services Nurse Manager to lead staffing, programs, and performance initiatives within a fast-paced environment. You will ensure patient safety, coordinate with other departments, and support the Director in fiscal, supply chain, and staffing responsibilities.

The role requires experience in acute care, prior supervisory experience, and Florida RN licensure, with BSN mandatory and MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, daily schedules, and department financials for the Surgical Services line.
• Provide supervision of 24/7 operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
