Qualificações

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• 2 years of Acute hospital clinical experience.
• 2 years of progressive managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate nursing care.
• Liaison between hospital administration and OR, PACU, Outpatient Day Surgery and sterile processing functions.
• Provide administrative oversight to these departments through strategic planning and the annual budget processes.
• Develops strategies and builds relationships with physicians in order to grow surgical volumes.
