• 2 years of Progressive managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care coordination and liaison between hospital administration and OR, PACU, Outpatient Day Surgery and sterile processing.
• Provide administrative oversight to these departments through strategic planning and annual budget processes.
• Develop strategies and build relationships with physicians to grow surgical volumes.
