• Provide administrative oversight to these departments through strategic planning and annual budget processes.
• Develop strategies and build relationships with physicians to grow surgical volumes.

This position will serve as the strategic leader, assist in setting operational, financial and patient care/clinical goals and work in a team-oriented environment. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care and acting as a liaison between the hospital administration and the staff in the OR, PACU, Outpatient Day Surgery and sterile processing functions. Provides administrative oversight to these departments through strategic planning and the annual budget processes and manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner. Develops strategies and builds relationships with physicians in order to grow surgical volumes.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
