Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced RN leader to manage the assigned unit around the clock, ensuring patient care meets the standard of care and safety protocols. You will supervise clinical teams, coordinate staffing and workflows, and mentor staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, NV RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 2+ years of clinical experience with progressive management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience; one to two years progressive management experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
