Job summary

The position requires a BSN, active NV RN license, and 2+ years of clinical experience plus 1–2 years of progressive management. BCLS certification is also required to support safeguarding patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required.
• One (1) to two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BCLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 24-hour management of the assigned unit and ensuring care meets standards.
• Oversee staffing, patient flow, and compliance with hospital policies.
