Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate care in a high-acuity hospital setting. You will lead and support the healthcare team while upholding patient-centered care and hospital standards.

Requirements include active Nevada RN license, current BLS, ACLS/PALS or NRP certifications as applicable, and at least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with possible specialty training.
• Completion of a specialty course or equivalent.
• One year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS; ACLS and PALS or NRP certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide staff under supervision.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
