Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead a busy perioperative program with a focus on patient outcomes and surgical excellence.

You will report to the Director of Surgical Services and work with experienced charge nurses, educators, and coordinators across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU to drive scheduling, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and optimal OR utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Surgical Services department and perioperative program.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness.
• Improve patient outcomes and advance operating room excellence.
• Collaborate with pre-op, PACU, sterile processing and anesthesia teams.
• Support OR utilization and maintain strong patient safety and experience.
