Qualifications

• 3+ years of perioperative, surgical services, or ASC experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a surgical or ambulatory surgery setting.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations.
