The University of Vermont Health Network's Ambulatory Surgery Center at Fanny Allen seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead perioperative operations across our growing five-operating-room facility. You will oversee the OR, Pre-Op, and PACU, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, quality, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience.
• Perioperative leadership or clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Applicants without perioperative experience may be considered if they bring significant leadership in clinical healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee perioperative services across OR, Pre-Op, and PACU.
• Lead operating room operations and perioperative workflows.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, quality and patient-centered care.
