Job summary

Required: BS in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years in finance or accounting in a complex setting, and 1 year healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a complex business setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgical services financials, budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, charge and revenue cycle, data reporting, capital planning and strategy coordination.
• Draft fiscal policies and procedures for surgical services.
• Delegate scheduling tasks among the Outpatient Surgical Services Schedule team and lead process improvements across scheduling, registration and clinical departments.
