Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certificates upon hire and maintained.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• At least two years of experience in Surgical Nursing.
• CNOR certification upon hire preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• PALS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Aufgaben

• Lead the daily operations of the OR, Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery, PACU, and Sterile Processing.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams and foster accountability.
• Partner with physicians, anesthesia providers, and leadership to optimize operations and outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Drive quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.
• Monitor OR utilization, throughput, first-case on-time starts, productivity, and patient experience.
• Manage departmental operating and capital budgets, labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Develop policies and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
