Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 1+ year applicable experience required.
• 3+ years applicable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a superior clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, cost, and accountability.
• Stays abreast of benchmarks, accreditations, designations, and regulatory standards; develops policies accordingly.
• Ensures equipment maintenance per regulatory standards and manages department budgets and staffing.
• Directs nursing practice and unit operations to meet patient care needs and family expectations.
