The role involves collaborating with leadership on workflows, data analytics, dashboards, and on-boarding; assisting with meetings and presentations to drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, BLS certified.
• Prefer CST certification and surgical technologist program.
• 3–5 years OR or surgical tech experience acceptable.
• Proficient with Windows Office and SIS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplies, equipment and instrument procurement per surgeon preferences.
• Support neurosurgery, general surgery and orthopedics service lines.
• Assist leadership with data analytics, reports and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for meetings and create information boards.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in Surgical Services.
