Job summary

The Surgical Services Assistant at CoxHealth Branson will be part of the Cardiovascular Cath Lab team providing support to the surgical staff during perioperative care under an RN. Responsibilities include assisting with supplies, positioning, and documentation, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred hospital or medical experience.

The Surgical Services Assistant is a member of the healthcare team who performs a variety of technical and supportive duties to assist the surgical team during the patient’s perioperative phase of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
