Job summary

CoxHealth Branson is seeking a Surgical Services Assistant to join the Cardiovascular Cath Lab team. You will perform technical and supportive duties to aid the surgical team during the perioperative phase under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, with a High School Diploma and hospital experience preferred. Day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 36 hours per week, based in Branson, Missouri.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospital and/or medical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible and able to work in a multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during the perioperative phase under RN supervision.
• Perform technical and supportive duties as part of the surgical team.
• Communicate effectively with the team and patients as needed.
