Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking an independently licensed NP or PA to join the Surgical Services team on a night shift, delivering high-quality inpatient care in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct post-op care, admit patients from the ED, assist in the OR (including robotic surgery), and perform bedside procedures with EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications include MS in PA Studies or MA NP license, DEA/BLS/ACLS, and prior Surgical Services experience; 1+

Qualifications

• MS in Physician Assistant Studies or MA Nurse Practitioner License required.
• DEA licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Clinical experience in Surgical Services required.

Responsabilités

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU.
• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED.
• Evaluate surgical consult patients.
• Perform bedside procedures.
• Serve as first assistant in the OR, including robotic surgery when needed.

Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Surgical Services

Winchester Hospital | Night Shift

Elevate your career with our Surgical team! As an independently licensed NP or PA, you\’ll partner with specialist physicians to deliver safe, high-quality inpatient surgical care in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key Details

• Schedule: Nighttime only (Three 12-hour shifts/week)

• EHR: EPIC preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU

• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED

• Evaluate surgical consult patients

• Perform bedside procedures

• First assist in the OR (including robotic surgery) as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/License: MS in Physician Assistant Studies OR Active MA Nurse Practitioner License

• Certifications: State & Federal DEA licensure, BLS, and ACLS

• Experience: Clinical experience in Surgical Services

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of specialty clinical experience

• 1+ year of experience with surgical patients

Pay Range:

$105,300.00 USD - $171,900.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
