Responsibilities include recruitment, ensuring appropriate ratios, coordinating with Imaging, Pharmacy, and Pathology, and stepping in for the manager as needed. Competitive federal pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred with operating room experience.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Yellow Belt and formal supervisor training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment, selection and hiring of staff.
• Ensure safe staff-patient ratios and cost-effective staffing.
• Coordinate with Acquisition & Material Management for supplies.
• Provide leadership and direction across surgical specialties and related disciplines.
