Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers, a partner clinic of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc., seeks an experienced Surgical Scrub Technician to work with our plastic surgery team. You will help deliver safe, efficient outcomes for elective cosmetic procedures, alongside our surgeons and scrub team.

The role requires at least one year of experience, licensure/certification in scrub techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability and M–Th scheduling are typical.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a scrub technician in a surgical setting.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies as needed
• Prepare and maintain sterile solutions
• Monitor and maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
• Assist in preparation of patients for surgery
• Clean, sterilize, and package instruments following surgery

What We're Looking For:

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is seeking an experienced Surgical Scrub Technician to join our plastic surgery team. In this role,you'llwork directly alongside our plastic surgeons as a trusted partner, helping deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional outcomes for patients undergoing elective cosmetic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies as needed
• Prepare and maintain sterile solutions
• Monitor and maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
• Assist in preparation of patients for surgery
• Clean, sterilize, and package instruments following surgery

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Associate's degree in surgical technology
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Surgical Scrub Technician or completion of a technologist program

Experience:

• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Minimum of one year of experience as a scrub technician in a surgical setting
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with members of the surgical team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and liftstandard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment and supplies
