Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (PACU) to monitor patients as they wake, manage pain/nausea, and support recovery post-surgery. You will inspect surgical sites, educate patients, and respond to complications with ACLS training. Flexible days, typically Mon-Thu, with a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate has PACU experience, valid RN license in good standing, and strong communication skills to join a luxury aesthetic care team.

Responsibilities:

• Post-Anesthesia Monitoring: Track vital signs, oxygen saturation, airway status, and neurological levels as the patient wakesup.
• Painand Nausea Control: Administer prescribed IV medications, injections, or oral drugs to keep the patientcomfortable.
• Woundand Drain Management: Inspect surgical sites, change dressings, manage compression garments, and empty surgicaldrains.
• PatientEducation: Teach patients and caregivers about home care, activity limits, warning signs of infection, and medicationschedules.
• EmergencyResponse: Act quickly if complications arise, utilizing training in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).

Requirements:

• Prior background in a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ICU, ER, or surgical/plastic surgerysettingStrong physical assessment abilities, crisis management, empathy, and clear communication

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified RNActiveand in good standingstate(that this role is listed in)license Active BLS and ACLS certification

Clinical Competencies:

• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability to maintainaccurateandtimelypatient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and liftstandard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory
