Job summary

Walnut Creek Surgical Suites in the United States is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Scrub Tech to join our surgical team and uphold our values of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility and community. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Scrub Tech will scrub procedures, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment, and support our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program or prior scrub experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and proper implementation.

Responsibilities

• Scrub surgical procedures and assist as part of the sterile team.
• Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Support the surgical team and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure safe, efficient care.
