Job summary

Healthway Medical Group seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to support perioperative and patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will assist doctors in surgeries, provide post-operative care, and uphold infection control and sterile technique.

Strong customer service skills are essential for patient satisfaction and safety. You will maintain up-to-date nursing practices through ongoing education and self-development, while handling instrument care and collaboration with the nursing team

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required.
• RN license/registration is expected.
• Experience in Operating Theatre settings (Scrub/Circulating/AU/CSSD) preferred.
• Strong customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge in delivering special skills.
• Maintain current trends in nursing through education and self-development.
• Assist doctors in surgical procedures; provide post-surgical and nursing care.
• Demonstrate knowledge in infection control and aseptic technique.
• Involve in care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment for safety.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address quality/service issues.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Nurse manager.
