• 2+ years in a healthcare environment or equivalent.
• Epic Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active, accurate surgery schedule across providers and service lines.
• Coordinate procedures with hospitals/ASC, schedule pre-operative testing, and collect documentation.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians and staff to ensure timely scheduling and communication.
• Provide administrative support and resolve routine and complex inquiries for customers.
• Interact with patients and families, referring physicians, and third‑party carriers on patient issues.
• Exercise independent judgment to plan and prioritize a diversified workload.
• Communicate with clinical staff to maximize department time and utilization.
