AGAPE PAIN MANAGEMENT & ANESTHESIA is seeking a Procedure Scheduler to join our surgical team in Las Cruces, NM. You will collect, manage, and report scheduling information to support coordinated patient care and timely procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar scheduling role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Use cloud-based scheduling software.
• Communicate with providers and surgery center staff about schedule changes.
• Inform patients about scheduling and updates.
• Gather information for surgery clearance (e.g., cardiac clearance, psychiatric evaluations).
• Ensure medications are submitted prior to procedure day.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
