Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Collect and review patient insurance information including prior authorizations and referrals.
• Completes pre-procedure calls and confirms appointment times with patients.
• Provides patient with pre-operative instructions.
• Adheres to HIPAA and all regulatory standards.
• Other duties as requested or assigned.
