You would be responsible to completely arrange the logistics of patient surgeries and procedures. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff/providers throughout the entire process, including pre-operative testing, authorizations for health insurance, the procedure itself, and follow-up appointments. Communicates with patients and their families to ensure they are well informed and prepared. Will also take on miscellaneous clerical/administrative tasks such as answering emails, in-basket messages, taking phone calls and requesting/verifying patient medical records.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
