Responsibilities

• Centralized scheduling, coordination, and optimization of surgical and procedural cases across OR, IR, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Endoscopy.
• Coordinate across Operating Rooms, Interventional Radiology and related labs to maximize throughput.
• Ensure accurate case scheduling, resource alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication between physicians, clinical teams, pre-admission services, and ancillary departments.
• Maximize room utilization and minimize delays and cancellations.
