Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in acute care scheduling or nursing preferred.
• Strong understanding of surgical/procedural workflows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and optimize surgical and procedural cases across ORs, Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Endoscopy.
• Ensure accurate case scheduling, resource alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and pre-admission/ancillary departments.
• Support patient access, maximize room utilization, and minimize delays and cancellations.
