Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL, is seeking a Surgical Scheduler for the OBGYN department. The role involves scheduling surgeries, coordinating with staff, and ensuring accurate, timely patient care within a 36-hour weekly schedule.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. EPIC experience is preferred; office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with occasional travel.

Hourly Pay Range:

$20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Surgical Scheduler - OBGYN




• Location: 1200 S York Rd, Elmhurst




• Full Time: 36 hours a week




• Office Hours: Mondays-Fridays 8am-4:30pm No weekends.




• Required Travel: Occasionally

What you will do:

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, this position is responsible for scheduling surgeries for the department. Collaborates with other team members to assist in problem resolution to identify the most efficient schedule.
