CONMED is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to strengthen our Advanced Surgical sales force in the St. Louis, Missouri area. You will engage with surgeons, nurses, and OR managers to promote innovative surgical products and drive patient outcomes.

The role offers extensive training, ongoing mentorship from Field Sales Trainers, and a clear path for advancement within CONMED. A bachelor's degree and sales/clinical experience are preferred, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of outside sales or related clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and drive.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative technology to OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology and General Surgery spaces to improve patient outcomes.
• Receive extensive hands-on training and ongoing field coaching.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Trainers and leadership to drive growth.
• Grow and advance within the organization over time.
