Job summary

CONMED is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales force in the United States. You will sell innovative technology to the OB/GYN, colorectal, urology, and general surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes, while receiving extensive hands-on training.

You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR managers and other healthcare workers, supported by Field Sales Trainers, with an opportunity to grow and advance within the organization as you develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and drive regularly.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative technology to OB/GYN, colorectal, urology and general surgery spaces to improve patient outcomes.
• Bring high energy, drive, perseverance and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business.
• Receive extensive hands-on training and ongoing collaboration with Field Sales Trainers.
• Grow and advance within the organization as you develop clinical and sales skills.
