Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales team. You will drive new business and maintain existing accounts across OBGYN, colorectal, urology and general surgery spaces, delivering innovative surgical technology and improving patient outcomes.

You will receive extensive hands-on training, work with field sales trainers, and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR managers and other healthcare professionals to determine the best solutions for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; outside sales experience preferred in medical devices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and drive to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative surgical technology to OBGYN, colorectal, urology and general surgery markets.
• Receive extensive hands-on training and ongoing development from Field Sales Trainers.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR managers and other healthcare workers to determine best patient outcomes.
