Job summary

Sierra Medical Center is seeking an OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator to serve as the point person and educator for the Robotics Program in the Operating Room. This full-time role provides support to the department, staff, and physicians, helps manage the robotic surgery schedule, and maintains robotic system inventory and protocols.

The position involves direct patient care across the lifespan, collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and participation in performance improvement

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nevada.
• Preferred 3 years experience in acute care Operating Room
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a Clinical Pathway for individual robotic surgery surgical teams
• Monitors and maintains the proper functioning of all robotic equipment
• Manages robotic surgery schedule
• Demonstrates understanding of the principles of growth and development of the life span and the ability to assess, interpret and to provide care in a safe environment based on population specific needs
