Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston is seeking a Robotic RN Coordinator to oversee the Robotic program and coordinate day-to-day operations of robotic systems in the ambulatory surgery setting, ensuring safe operation.

This role collaborates with OR leadership and the multidisciplinary team to maintain equipment, schedule procedures, train staff and troubleshoot issues, contributing to high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN in nursing required.
• State RN license recognized by Texas Nurse Licensure Compact.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• 3+ years RN experience in the operating room, with 2+ years in robotic surgery experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the robotic program within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Manage robotic systems equipment maintenance and scheduling of procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure safe operation of robotic technologies.
• Troubleshoot robotic system issues and liaise with OR leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor quality and efficiency of the robot program.
