Job summary

Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgery department. This in-person role requires critical thinking and the ability to work independently in stressful environments.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and assisting patients with daily activities. Must hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and have a current RN license in KY.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state of KY.
• New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months.
• Certifications required within 6 months: BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care given and monitor patient condition.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and coordinate patient care.
