Job summary

Eye Surgery Center of New Albany in New Albany, IN seeks a Registered Nurse, Pre-Op/PACU/OR for PRN coverage. Provides perioperative nursing care, supports surgical teams, and maintains patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a BSN is preferred.

Current RN license and CPR/BCLS ACLS are recommended. Prior ASC/PACU/ICU or telemetry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• RN license current; BCLS/ACLS preferred.
• Experience in ASC/PACU/ICU or telemetry floors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide perioperative care in OR, PACU, or pre-op areas.
• Assist in scrub and circulating duties as needed.
