Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in surgical/ASC/Pre-Op/PACU/OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care per standards.
• Supervise and direct patient care in Operating Room.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient rights are observed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in QA/ED/CQI activities.
• Train new staff and coordinate with department teams.
