Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and involve family and team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Implement and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and support development of others.
• Integrate legal/ethical standards and document timely, accurate care.
