Qualifications

• Licensed RN (IL IDFPR) with BLS within 30 days
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; external applicants only

• Operates in a high-acuity Digestive Surgical Unit with post-operative care

Responsibilities

• Perform unit duties and post-operative nursing care
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family input
• Care for wounds, ostomies, tracheostomies and drains
• Collaborate with surgical residents/attendings to ensure safe transitions
