Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license and BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service. Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients, manages wounds including wound vacs and ostomies, and collaborates with surgical residents and OMFS teams.
• Ensures patient and staff safety, communicates effectively, and supports professional development of peers.
